What Does a Project Leader Do?

Project leaders facilitate the packing of Operation Christmas Child shoebox gifts for a church or group. As you plan, prepare, and promote, please also lead in the most important aspect of this project—prayer!

You will find a number of helpful resources to help you plan, prepare and promote your events on OCC’s website.

Operation Christmas Child counts on thousands of volunteers to collect and process millions of shoebox gifts every year.

Volunteering with Operation Christmas Child can take many forms but has one purpose—to bring the Gospel to children in need around the world. By serving year-round with Samaritan’s Purse through Operation Christmas Child, you will be a part of proclaiming the Gospel in more than 100 countries.

God has uniquely gifted you to serve! You can use your talents and abilities together with other volunteers around the world to bring Good News and great joy to children in need and their families through shoebox gifts.

We hope that you will consider partnering with us on the Adams County Area Team.
